This policy applies to both KekeDrop apps operated by Zuriwave Technology ("KekeDrop", "we", "us"): the KekeDrop passenger app and the KekeDrop Driver app, and to the KekeDrop backend services and admin systems that support them. By creating an account or using either app, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data on its systems.
We do not sell your personal data.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account (see Section 6), we remove or anonymize your personal profile information (name, email, phone number, saved location, driver documents) immediately. We retain de-identified ride, rating, and financial transaction records associated with completed trips for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal-compliance purposes, consistent with applicable law. These retained records are no longer linked to an identifiable profile you can access or update.
The KekeDrop Driver app requests permission to access your location in the background while you are online and available for rides, and continues briefly during an active trip. This is required so passengers can see your live position and the platform can track ongoing trips. You can turn off background location access at any time in your device settings or by going offline in the app; doing so will prevent you from receiving new ride offers while location access is restricted.
You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time:

verify your phone number to request deletion.Deletion removes your name, email, phone number, saved locations, and driver verification documents. As described in Section 4, some ride and financial records are retained in de-identified form for legal and accounting purposes.
KekeDrop is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us using the details below and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of either app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
